The Wand Faundershaff

The Wand Faundershaff on display stand

Hand-carved from a single piece of rich red oak, the Wand Faundershaff is exactly the sort of wand I've always imagined a classical wizard wielding (one wields a Wand, after all -- what fun is it to merely use such a thing?). It measures 14 inches long, and is approximately 3" tall at the widest portion of the haft. I can just picture Wistril waving Faundershaff about, or Kern purloining the wand himself to keep Castle Kauph's mischievous haunts at bay!

No self-respecting wizard merely props such a rare and valuable item against the nearest lamp, though, so I'm also including the display plaque shown. It features three Oomish runes, each one latched to a powerful spell courtesy of Wistril himself! The plaque is handmade, of poplar and oak, stained to a deep mahogany. The Runes are oak, and each is polished with finest beeswax to maintain its luster.

Wizards -- or, at least, my wizards -- are seldom on the move. But when they travel, they travel in comfort, and the same can be said for their tools. So, in addition to Wand and display plaque, you also get this oak Wand Case, which can also double as an attractive display stand, since the Plaque is able to stand easily atop it, as show above! This Wand case shows signs of many travels, though its own maintenance spells migrate most scuffs and marks to the bottom of the Case over time.

Your purchase of this Item gets you the Wand Faundershaff, the Display Plaque with its three Oomish Runes of Warding, and the Wand Case which happily houses Wand and Plaque or serves as a stand for all!
